What compliance looks like in WA
Any pool builder building a pool in Joondalup works to the WA barrier rules. A certificate of barrier compliance there is not a certificate scheme at all - local government inspects after completion, then at intervals of no more than 4 years. Inspection is by local government authorised officer, registration is held on the Held by each local government, and a certificate is triggered by fixed cycle, not the transaction. Lodgement: not applicable. This is the rule for the state, not a claim about this business.
