What compliance looks like in NSW
Any pool builder building a pool in Shoalhaven works to the NSW barrier rules. A certificate of barrier compliance there is valid for 3 years. Inspection is by council or a registered private certifier, registration is held on the NSW Swimming Pool Register, and a certificate is triggered by sale and lease. Lodgement: no separate lodgement step. This is the rule for the state, not a claim about this business.

About Aqua Pools
Aqua Pools Group operates from South Nowra and supplies fibreglass and shipping container pools across the South Coast and beyond. Its fibreglass pools are manufactured locally and come in a variety of sizes, shapes and colours to suit different backyards and budgets. The container pools are built to order at the company's South Nowra factory, described as a low footprint option that can be transported if the owner relocates, and they are shipped Australia wide. Sales and installation teams handle projects from planning and approvals through to the finished build, taking in fencing and paving, with pools certified and registered on completion. Both in-ground and above-ground installations are covered, and pool finance is listed among the options. Testimonials on the page mention Brendan and the installation team.
