What compliance looks like in NSW
Any pool builder building a pool in Northern Beaches works to the NSW barrier rules. A certificate of barrier compliance there is valid for 3 years. Inspection is by council or a registered private certifier, registration is held on the NSW Swimming Pool Register, and a certificate is triggered by sale and lease. Lodgement: no separate lodgement step. This is the rule for the state, not a claim about this business.

About Poolbuild Constructions
Poolbuild Constructions is a concrete swimming pool builder based at Narrabeen on Sydney's Northern Beaches, trading as Poolbuild Constructions Pty Ltd under licence number 331005C. The business works with two groups of clients: builders, architects, landscapers and designers across Sydney and its greater regions, and private homeowners commissioning their own projects. On trade work it can be engaged for any or all stages of construction, with the scope adjusted to the size of the job, and the site points to a record of delivering projects on time, within budget and with close attention to detail. Private clients are offered guidance through the process alongside the construction itself. Completed jobs appear in a projects section and on the company's Instagram account.
