What compliance looks like in QLD
Any pool builder building a pool in Logan works to the QLD barrier rules. A certificate of barrier compliance there is valid for 2 years for a non-shared pool, and 1 year for a shared pool. Inspection is by licensed pool safety inspector only, registration is held on the QBCC, and a certificate is triggered by sale, lease and purchase. Lodgement: no separate lodgement step. This is the rule for the state, not a claim about this business.

About Concrete Seal
Concrete Seal is an Australian family-owned waterproofing and remedial company based at Loganholme in south-east Queensland, trading since 1996. Its four service lines are concrete repairs, pool and spa remediation, protective coatings and waterproofing, applied to pools, paths, driveways, roof decks, podiums, balconies, retaining walls and carparks. Pool work involves coatings for concrete structures in what the company describes as an extreme environment, and past jobs have included stripping a pool back and retiling it together with repainting and resealing the surrounding concourse. Clients span body corporates and strata managers, hotels and resorts, commercial and industrial facilities, and educational and institutional sites, taking in epoxy carpark floors, food-grade kitchen coatings and slip-resistant pathways. Named projects include Casino Towers in Brisbane and an equine training pool at Eagle Farm.
