What compliance looks like in NSW
Any pool builder building a pool in Lake Macquarie works to the NSW barrier rules. A certificate of barrier compliance there is valid for 3 years. Inspection is by council or a registered private certifier, registration is held on the NSW Swimming Pool Register, and a certificate is triggered by sale and lease. Lodgement: no separate lodgement step. This is the rule for the state, not a claim about this business.
