What compliance looks like in NSW
Any pool builder building a pool in Central Coast works to the NSW barrier rules. A certificate of barrier compliance there is valid for 3 years. Inspection is by council or a registered private certifier, registration is held on the NSW Swimming Pool Register, and a certificate is triggered by sale and lease. Lodgement: no separate lodgement step. This is the rule for the state, not a claim about this business.

About Australian Plunge Pools
Australian Plunge Pools has manufactured precast concrete plunge pools at its Central Coast factory since 2004. The range covers three fully reinforced models: the Hayman, 2. 4m in diameter with a 1. 35m water depth for two to four people; the Whitsunday, 3. 4m in diameter and 1. 7m deep for six to eight; and the Moreton, a 4. 5m by 2.45m rectangle with a 1. 4m depth. Each is built to the buyer's chosen depth, seating and finish, with heating, spa jets and mosaic tiling available as options. Pools are delivered factory-complete and crane-ready, and can be set in-ground, partly in-ground or above ground. The company also assists with planning, permits, crane delivery and certification for installers and owner-builders. It serves residential and commercial projects across Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle, and delivers Australia-wide.
